first time blogging using this new laptop :D

last sun, i met up with xiao wen, carolyn and ailin... it was a pity that shu ning couldnt join us. xiao wen's gg to china to study this coming sat... she's super pro(psc scholar).. we had lunch tgt and spent the whole afternoon tlking at starbucks :)

met hui zhen and norman at orchard.. what a coincidence. realise that a lot of 201'ners are gg overseas to study art. i really admire their courage... taking something that is quite subjective and spending so much money on it...

after tlking to carolyn and xiao wen, it seems that the people they mix with are very different from the ones ailin and i mix with. i guess it has got to do with the schools we studied in... they mix with rich and influential people... who are able to do whatever they want. with money, they can pursue any dreams.. those people have intelligence, confidence and many outstanding qualities that i dont seem to have. for a moment, i feel a sense of inferiority.... :(

conclusion: to be able to become richer, one must start off with a certain amount of wealth. this has got to do with one's fate and luck, as in whether u r born in a rich family. then u make use of the wealth to generate opportunities so that u can make urself wealthier... the rich becomes richer, the poor becomes poorer... why are scholarships given to so many rich kids when the ones who are really in need of the scholarships are the poor... isnt this kindof unfair? come to think of it: there's no such thing as fairness in life right?

feeling really tired right now. i have plenty of things to do.. yet so little time. still cant find my mugging momentum. i cant believe another week has almost gone by just like that. time waits for no man...
