and there's always time to take photo of this cute ball of fur. its cuteness is killing me.

things feel bad. i just know it.i can feel it in my bones. usually out of the 5 mods, there will be 1 or 2 that i'm confident of doing relatively well at least. but right now everything seems kind of bleak. all thanks to the CAs. it's not as if i didnt study hard for it :(

i never knew planning for a short camp for kids could be so much work. most of the work came from fundraising. and i'm not even in that comm. all thanks to my big mouth. dunno why i had to tell them my hse got oven. i must be out of my mind. on fri, pris and i had to bake cookies. we baked till 2 am. that day was a rotten day. nothing was going right. at first we couldnt reproduce the same cookie. the cookie tasted weird.. not like the one we tried baking the week before for sampling. i guess back then it must be beginner's luck. coz no matter how we tried, it just tasted diff. when we finally mass produced it, thinking that all was well, we realised only at the end that all along we have been underbaking it. 11 mins instead of 12mins. had to put everything back in the oven cause we were afraid the cookies were too soft. our worries didnt end there. coz we didnt have extra cookies, so if we break any, we wouldnt have enough. and we did break a few. o.O i think that wont be the end of our cookie adventure. but this baking has made me realise how much i dislike baking and cookies. wont be touching cookies for a really long time. not even subway cookies.

first up was the dinner on thurs. had the opportunity to chat about non sch related topics with the people i meet everyday= my lecture buddies. without them, classes would be so boring.. and i probably wouldnt have survive in school till now. we celebrated pei jin's birthday at island creamery... a great place to reminisce about the good old sec and jc days... :D

i love this photo, even though none of us are looking at the camera. but i think that made this photo different and special. having a wall full of photos as a background was great. the light was right, and making this photo black and white prevents the photo from looking too cluttered with colours.

next up was the sleepover with xw, sf, yili and xj. it was children's day that night. so we decided to watch toy story 1, a show that all of us watched when we were in pri sch?! toy story is such a great show cause it made me laugh.(i aint easily amused by animations.. but this one has that funny factor.)this show's a classic man. everyone loves it, including me. :D

and then i spent sat and sun watching ANTM cycle 14.

what can i say, tyra totally rocks. no wonder so many gals look up to her. the photoshoots, the ideas and concepts of the challenges, the makeovers were so cool! the only part that i disliked was the catfights, the stupid quarrels.

i'm glad i finished watching cycle 14 :) it was an eye-opener. to see the transformations and how self confidence is so so so important cause it can make an ugly/ordinary person look good.
